All our libraries are cashless.
Library charges, including fines, printing and photocopying, will need to be paid either through our self-service kiosk or online by logging into your library account
Audio visual hire charges
Leisure Pass holders are entitled to a 50% discount on all hire charges.

Fines for items returned after due date
Borrowers aged 16 and over are charged fines on borrowed items returned after their due date.
Unpaid fines and items not returned after notification has been sent to a borrower will enter ‘Default’ status.
If left unpaid these charges will eventually be passed on to a debt recovery service and incur an additional administrative charge of £10 and the borrowers card will be suspended from use.
Please talk to a member of staff if you are concerned about payment of fines or outstanding items.

Reservation charges

- music score sets requested by Ealing based Choral Societies which are not available from Ealing Libraries. Collection cost £25 per request includes cost of one box. An additional charge of £6 per box will be added
Printing and photocopying charges
- A4 black and white: 20p per side
- A4 colour: 40p per side
- A3 black and white: 40p per side
- A3 colour: 80p per side
Lost and replacement library cards
The first replacement card is free of charge, thereafter it will cost.
- £2.30 for an adult card
- £1 for a child card
