Online Payments

Ealing Libraries has now become a cashless service. 

ALL library charges will need to be paid through our self-service kiosks or online via logging into Ealing Council online payment system.

Fees & Charges

 

Audio Visual Hire Charges*

 

 

*NOTE: Leisure Pass holders are entitled to a 50% discount on all hire charges. There are no concessions on fines for Leisure Pass holders.

 

 

 

Fines

Borrowers aged 16 and over are charged fines on borrowed items returned after their due date.

 

 

Unpaid fines and items not returned after notification has been sent to a borrower will enter ‘Default’ status.

If left unpaid these charges will eventually be passed on to a debt recovery service and incur an additional administrative charge of £10. In these instances case the borrower’s card will be suspended from use.

•    Items available locally or within consortium - free
•    Copy of journal or periodical articles - £6.85

 

 

Printing & Photocopying Charges

•    B&W (A4) per side - 20p
•    B&W (A3) per side - 40p
•    Colour (A4) per side - 40p
•    Colour (A3) per side - 80p

 

 

 

Replacement Library Card

•    Adult - £2.30
•    Child - £1

NOTE: First replacement card is free of charge.
